Hey, I'm starting a website and I'll be posting articles about different characters, places, teams, planets, you name it. All things in the DCU. But I don't know what to call the site. I'm guessing I can't use the 'DC Comics' thing in the site URL but do you think I would be able to use any character names like Barbara Gordon, oracle, Mr Terrific, Nraniac 5, or anything like that? I'm really just wondering what's legal. I will have a disclaimer on the site. Please Help! Thanks :) from Anonymous

I’m not sure how the copyrights would work it out, but I believe as long as you’re not making money off of DC’s work you’ll be fine. If you’re worried you could name it something not limited to the dcu. The watchtower, themyscira, cadmus, or krypton. Do some research and see what you can work with. Hope this is somewhat helpful, good luck.

My parents taught me to side with justice. I came from another planet with powers and abilities far beyond those of other men. I’m known as a hero, an inspiration, a champion. It’s been a good life.
My parents’ killer was never brought to justice. I cloak myself in the very shadows the gunman used to hide his face from me. I’m known as urban myth, a frightening creature, the bogeyman. It is not a life I would wish on anyone.
